I am glad I was able you get you the space to make that happen. You may have noticed all the trucks on the west end of the parking lot are gone. A major tenant of mine has moved out for reasons I could not address. They left behind 30,000 SF of great warehouse space much of which is air conditioned.
Could you guys help me out by mentioning Longwood Development Center to anyone who may be looking for industrial space. We have a good site, building, and some of the best rates in the area (less than $5/sf/yr).
