Lilypad Simple vs. Lilypad Main
« on: March 29, 2012, 05:32:37 PM »
I've got a Lilypad kit from Sparkfun (KIT-10354) that uses the Lilypad Simple version - less tabs than the Lilypad Main.  I haven't found much documentation on the net about how to program the dual-use tabs.  It has tabs: +, - , 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, a2/16, a3/17, a4/18, a5/19.  Any ideas on how to indicate which tab to use?

Also, just wondering how to use a protoboard like http://www.sparkfun.com/products/9101 to increase the number of separately addressable devices/LEDs.  Would a protoboard simply provide a new set of ports above the builtin ones?  If so, how would this be wired?

Thanks

The "dual use" tabs are just analog input tabs.  They can also be used as digital output.  Same thing with the standard Arduino.
