Embedded Systems Conference in Boston (ESC Boston)
« on: September 09, 2012, 11:33:28 AM »
Hi everyone! I've been missing from the Lab, but hunched over my workbench in my home lab ... You know how it goes!

Anyway, I have decided to emerge for a trip to Boston for the embedded systems conference (http://east.ubmdesign.com) .  I went in 2010 and it was really cool.  It's free to register and walk through the huge expo center, and also free to attend the Design Theater events - but it's in Boston.  There's lots of linux stuff.  There's lots of PCB making stuff.

And there's a presentation by Bolt (http://www.buildatbolt.com) so I'm interested in seeing what they're up to.

I'm planning to fly up (very) early Tuesday morning.  My return is bit open-ended.

Is there anybody out there that wants to go too?

Sounds like an awesome trip. I probably can't make it, but I'm curious what its like.

Oh, and when you get back, let me know how I can get you involved again. If I have to drag you away from your desk, I can totally do that. :)
