I would definitely sign up with a bunch of recruiting companies, the noteable ones in Orlando are Ashley Ellis and Tekkfusion. Byron from Tekkfusion comes out to Familab sometimes and has gotten me some pretty sweet offers. Normally I don't like recruiters, but Byron's cool.
A lot of companies in Orlando are hiring, but it seems like many of them use recruiters.
There is a decent tech scene in Orlando, as well. Orett Davis manages a list of events here: http://startupdigest.com/orlando/
(this month seems a bit lazy). When you go to a meetup, talk to people, drink with them, and mention that you are currently looking for work. The community that shows up to meetups is kind of small, and they will usually put your resume up to their HR department.
Other than that, sign up for every recruiter you can find lol. I'll attach a list of ~300 recruiters that i pulled from google maps. I'm pretty sure if you sign up for most of these and call them every week you'll get a job.
You can also try TopTal, I'm working through them now and they were pretty good.
If you need any help with resumes or getting more things to put on your resume, use familab.
