3D Printing Project - with a Bounty!
« on: June 12, 2013, 07:28:29 AM »
I have a friend that converted his rod hockey table to electronic scoring. It has gone through a few revisions - and we are about to upgrade it again.

Blog post from last time - http://www.raisinggeeks.com/blog/2010/08/august-15th-hockey-season/

He made some puck return chutes from acrylic and microswitches, but they don't work well.

I'd like to have something custom designed & 3D printed that would allow optical triggering.

I'm helping him with the audio / video code on the pi, and I'll pay a bounty for some  to help him design / 3D print the new chutes which would have a provision for some nature of optical trigger. If you don't need the cash, I'll gladly make a donation to FamiLAB or other charity in your name - or maybe there is something I can do to return the favor...

email / call me to discuss. Thanks!

I would gladly do this. I'll be available anytime after this weekend.

When can we meet?

I need to schedule with my friend. Give me a call when you get through the weekend and I'll setup something with him to get together & show you the project...
