It's broken. Does not power on. Don't break it more, but if you know what you're doing, have at it. Media is in white boxes stacked on a table or on pallet rack.

This is way cool! We didn't get any software to drive the printer, and I'm on a hunt to see what I can find.

Found this so far "Software is available to registered users that have a valid service and/or maintenance contract"

Oh well, I'll keep looking a bit before making a call.

Jesus, you guys and gals got that working fast. I give this another two days before multiple Wall of Awesome posts are warranted.
Edit: Also, is there a back story on where we got this printer?

It was a donation from Orlando Tech. It was not functional for them, and they wanted it to have a good home.

Just got back home from a long day labbin, but when the lab gets a (new to us) Stratasys Prodigy 3D printer time doesn't seem to matter.

Pocky and Panda, you ROCK! Thanks to everyone at Orlando Tech for their gracious donation and their help getting it on the trailer. Thanks to Les for helping us get the new arrival into the lab as this thing is HEAVY!

Immediately upon finding a good location for the Stratasys, we removed the back cover to troubleshoot why the printer would not turn on. We found what seemed to be a defective breaker in the power supply. Pocky and Panda went to skycraft for a new breaker, while I called Stratasys to get some initial info.

When I called Stratasys, they were extremely helpful. I asked what it would take to get the software? He asked if I was sitting down. Then he said the software is $1,500. Ouch! He also gave me our local contact info, and I'd like some feedback on how to proceed with this.

Pocky returned and installed the new breaker. Now it was time to see if she would fire up. With fingers crossed and a gentleman's bet on the line, we turned the printer on, the fan started and the display lit up. This was quite exciting. WOOT! WOOT!

We got the printer to heat up to proper temp, lock the cartridge, basic axis jogging, but the plastic won't load, and the machine will not home. It seems we're at the point where the software comes into play to go any further as it not only slices up the models, but also controls machine functions.

This is such an awesome addition to the lab, I wonder if we could put up an "Orlando Tech" banner or something similar.

Enough for now, Did i say this is AWESOME!
