256k EEPROMs - Anybody got?
« on: June 16, 2013, 12:39:53 PM »
Need one or two 256k EEPROMs ala: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/525 or similar.

I'd rather not have to place a SF order for $1.95.

Thanks

Worse comes to worst maybe you can partner up with a few other folks making SF orders and ship it all together to the Lab.

i may have some, but will need to hunt, mouser/digikey would be far cheaper.

gadetcat,
Sounds great. I'll take 10 of those, this way if anyone else needs them I'll have a few.
Let me know when they arrive and where to stash the cash.
Thanks again... you're awesome

p.s. mightywombat and ki4swy, thanks for looking

I can; are you aware this comes in an 8-SOIC package?  Do you have a breakout board for it?

that explains it. apparently the LM293D is a different chip from the L293D. The order is placed and should arrive early next week.

Also, Pat your chips are in. I'll email you.
