I originally posted the following in the general discussion, but later realized that it belonged here. It has only generated one response in over a week so I will assume that there is not enough interest to go forward with offering it. However if there is a member that thinks people will come and will work with me to schedule it, I am still happy to do it.
"Maybe you all are way past this level, but I find that a lot of people get access to 3D printers through their school or library but are rather overwhelmed at learning a 3D design package. I have started offering a short Tinkercad workshop at Stetson to help students get over this hump. So I am wondering if there is interest in having a one hour class at Familab where people get signed on to Tinkercad, work through the feature set, and have something they created ready for printing by the time the hour is up. If there is, I would be happy to offer the class."
