JD for bringing in the big tv and entertainment center
« on: March 11, 2013, 10:58:02 PM »
I, for one, think it's awesome that we have a full entertainment center and a big functioning TV, so thank you JD :D

Side-note -- does anybody know where all of our game consoles went? I can't find Mack's xbox (the one with the modchip).

Ted: Can we hook up your SNES permanently? :)

It would be awesome to have a raspberry pi hooked up to it at all times (possibly controlling the a/v switch).

Is the Atari safe to leave hooked up for general use?

There is a commodore 64 in the main room with an accompanying tv, is the type of tv important, or can we hook it up to the tv?

Also, does anyone have any consoles they want to donate? :)

Looks nice!   The commodore will work with an adapter. I'll look around for one.

WOAH. Dan, we have an N64, with 4 controllers, and all cables. We just need to get games. Hook it up, and make it so! We also have a half taken apart NES. Lets fix that. I still have my motherboard from the SNES I gutted to put a pi into, lets make a new case for the motherboard.

I have an old PS2 and some DDR mats that aren't getting any love, if we want those, too. I'd be happy to lend them to the lab. :)

I can perhaps bring in my dreamcast. I havent used it in years. Its in a box, somewhere. No games though. Looks like we might need some sort of A/V switch as well if we get this many boxes.

PS2 and DDR mats would be awesome. Dreamcast would be awesome, I remember some ridiculous games I never got to play as a kid on Dreamcast :). Once Ouya ships, probably next month, I'll donate mine.

I don't know what gamespeople want, but I know I want some classic consoles!

I brought in my Xbox360 because I never play it. It's fully functional, I just never play it.

A GameCube and N64 would be awesome :O

If anyone has a Sega CD, I have been dying to play Night Trap since JBC showed me it existed.
